The Social Row project is a complete home remodel. very little of the original interior was left alone. Two of the 4 bathrooms were completely remodeled down to the studs. Every wall had wallpaper removed and repainted. All of the trim and baseboards were replaced. All of the doors were replaced with 6 panel doors. The carpet that covered every inch of floor surface was replaced with Pergo laminate floors, tile, marble and new carpet (2nd floor) throughout.
