JGM Construction was established in 2005, in Dayton, OH. I, John McManaman, have been in and around the construction industry since 1988 working with my father, and with other contractors or myself since 1998. I have been involved in all phases of residential and commercial construction from excavation to finish trim and punch out, as well as construction materials testing and soil sampling.
